Baby is quite simply unique. Some days she is chilled out on her own doing her own thing; other days she is dancing and pronking or flaring her nostrils and fluttering her eyelids. It look a long time for her to get pregnant and we were unsure if there was something underlying. She went on to have 3 babies, Indiana, Maverick and Autana. Baby has been retired from breeding for many years. She liked her babies but wasn’t the most maternal and, unlike most alpaca girls, she does not queue up to meet the boys. Her babies have all had lovely rich fleece colours. As she ages, she has taken a liking to spitting to demonstrate her displeasures in life.
